Well, I am surviving Boot Camp. It has been the best workout ever. Like diets I have been through all the popular exercise regimes. LOVE THIS ONE BEST. Thank you Becky. Keep it going. I will say that as hard and ass ripping as the workouts are heps to help me keep my eating CLEAN. I am already looking and feeling way better than I did 3 short weeks ago.
Well I just finished my first boot camp! I am now an addict. I am thrilled with the changes I have made. My goal was to feel better, look better and be better. So far on target for succeeding on all three. Thanks.
