Welcome to the Queens / Long Island Adventure Boot Camp BLOG!

Hello!! Welcome to the BLOG dedicated to Boot Camp as well as health and fitness! Here I will post sample workouts, pictures of the campers, keep you up to date on Boot Camp news and events AND answer all of your health and fitness questions! This is a place where we can all share our experiences! I welcome posts from current and former campers with respect to their questions, comments, experiences and more!!! Let it out! Say what is on your mind!! As for non boot campers- please use this site to gain access to a day in the life of boot camp and feel free to contact me with any questions or comments!

Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!

For haveing a Boot Camp that is accessable and affordable and that has allowed me to meet other women and share issues together and learn how to eat healthier and exercise together and having fun doing it

Hey Becky - Your bootcamp, and all the support and fun that goes with it, is one of the best things I've ever done. Its so cool to actually have fun exercising and look forward to it. I can't wait to take it outside! You are doing a great thing for women. I am an ex-couch potato who is pounds lighter, inches smaller, eating well again, and most importantly feeling the best I've ever felt. Who knew over-40 could be this great! Keep it up, we need you!

Today was my first day of bootcamp and it was incredible. I exercise 4 days a week doing spin classes, yoga, etc. This class today was really challenging. I haven't done weights for about 6 or 7 months and it felt good. It was tough though..but I look forward to the challange.

And I did eat a banana this morning..

Becky, Can't wait to see what's in store for tomorrow.

I really look forward to this journey.

I MISS YOU GUYS SO MUCH.
BOOT CAMP WAS AN UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE. IT REALLY MOTIVATED ME TO GET ME BACK TO EXERCISING, WHICH I AM DOING A MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS A WEEK!!!! I AM ALSO EATING SO MUCH BETTER.

NICOLE ALSO HAS CONTINUED EXERCISING AND LOOKS INCREDIBLE.

I AM DEFINITELY DOING A JULY OUTDOOR CAMP. THAT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE. I JUST LOVED DOING AB WORK OUTDOORS ON A BEAUTIFUL SUMMER MORNING.
